2025-2026 Fees
Fees: The fees below are based on the base cost and whether or not the team is also attending the State and/or National Tournament. The fees below do not actually cover the costs needed for each team, so please know there will be several fund raisers throughout the year to help offset our costs. If your child is attending either State or Nationals, please know there will also be hotel and travel costs that are not included in the registration price. There will also be NCHBC registration fees for both Regionals & Nationals. Base - $420; State Only - extra $50; State & Nationals extra $130
18U Varsity - $550 (State & Nationals)
16U JV - $550 (State & Nationals)
14U Black A - $550 (State & Nationals)
14U Red B - $470 (State)
12U - $420 (Possibly State which will be $470)
16U Girls - $550 (State & Nationals)
12U Girls - $470 (State)
The base fees contribute to essential program expenses, including tournament entry fees, gym rentals, referees' fees, and equipment maintenance.
Uniform Costs: $124 We will be using the same uniforms we had last year, so if your uniform still fits you can keep it for this year. You will also have the option to purchase just new shorts if needed. New players will need to purchase a uniform. You will place your uniform sizing order at the Parent Meeting. You must pay for the uniform before receiving it, and once paid, the uniform becomes yours to keep and maintain. In case of loss or damage, you will be responsible for replacing it.
Insurance Costs: $45 Each family is required to pay for insurance coverage, which ensures the safety of all participants. However, families with multiple children registering only need to pay one insurance fee, which covers all sports for the entire year. If you have already paid the insurance fee for another sport, such as volleyball, you do not need to pay for basketball separately. This is paid using the link above that reads 'Insurance Payment'.
Travel Expenses: You are responsible for all of your travel expenses. Our games and tournaments usually take place within a 1-hour radius of North Denton.
You will receive an email once teams have been made on how to pay fees.
Player Eligibility
A player is only eligible to play in the gender division that the player was born, as recorded on their original birth certificate. A player must currently be homeschooled for the duration of the basketball season. “Homeschooling” is defined to mean that a student’s education is parent-directed and done at home. As such, the parents shall be directly involved in their child’s education, playing the role of the headmaster thereby (1) selecting curriculum, (2) selecting and/or approving course materials and study schedules, & (3) selecting tutors, coop’s, teachers, dual enrollment options, and/or resources for their child’s education. Homeschooling would also include a person of legal responsibility for the student filling the role of a parent. Parents are responsible for ensuring that their athlete meets the definition of "homeschooled" as defined in the HSAA Eligibility Rules and the NCHBC Eligibility Rules. www.nchclive.com
